We sell bar stools and seating for home use. Check the selected size, seat height, materials, finish, quantity, and assembly requirements before ordering. Features vary by product; photographs of room settings may include accessories that are not included. Screen settings can affect how colors appear, but products must match their stated descriptions.

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. We may contact you if payment cannot be verified, an item is unavailable, or an obvious listing error affects your order. We will not substitute an item or charge an increased price without your agreement. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will notify you and refund any payment collected for it.

Prices and Payment
Prices are in U.S. dollars (USD). Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. Standard shipping to eligible addresses is free. Your total is shown before you submit payment. Price changes apply to future purchases and do not change an accepted order.

Changes and Cancellations
Email info@highbrookglobaltrade.com within 24 hours of placing your order to request a change or cancellation. Requests depend on fulfillment status and are not guaranteed, even within that period. If an order has already shipped, our Refund Policy applies. Approved cancellations receive a refund to the original payment method within 5 business days of approval.

Delivery and Returns
Our Shipping Policy explains delivery areas and estimated timelines. Our Refund Policy provides a 30-day return request period after delivery. Nothing in these Terms removes rights available under applicable consumer law.

Safe Use
Follow the instructions supplied with your stool, including assembly, maintenance, and the stated weight limit. Use seating on a stable, level surface. Do not stand on stools or use them as ladders. Unless a listing expressly states otherwise, do not assume a stool is suitable for outdoor or commercial use.
